Support questions and corrections go to [email protected]. General mail about the site goes to [email protected]. Both reach the person who runs the rack, not a ticket queue, so expect two or three working days.
What gets a fast answer
A broken step with the exact error line is the fastest. Include the entry slug, your board (Pi 4B or Pi 5), the kernel from uname -r, and what you saw — a paste of the container log beats a description of it.
Hardware sizing questions are welcome too: how much RAM a service really needs on a 2 GB board, whether something runs acceptably over emulation, whether a particular SSD enclosure survives Docker.
What we cannot do
We do not debug your whole network, recover data from a dead disk, or give security advice for a machine that is already exposed. We also do not sell links, accept guest posts or place advertorials: advertising on this site comes through its ad network only, and no editorial slot is for sale.
Reprinting
Short quotes with a link back are fine and need no permission. Republishing a full entry, translating it, or using the rack plates in paid material needs a written yes first. Ask at [email protected] and say what the use is.
